Salon Policies
LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees with be incurred:
48 hours or more in advance - no fee
Less than 48 hours in advance - 50% of the cost of services booked
No shows - 100% of the cost of scheduled services and a valid credit card with be required to book future appointments
CUT + COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
We ask that all clients contact the salon within 3 days to correct any color service or haircut. All adjustments are pending approval of management. We are unable to offer any refunds.
